Equal parts strategist, operator, entrepreneur, and hype-woman. I’ve been in the trenches building businesses across media, tech, telecom, SaaS, and startups. I’ve scaled sales pipelines from zero to millions, hacked trade shows into acquisition-worthy growth, overhauled onboarding and training programs for 1,000+ employees, integrated 3 oM&A chaos, and co-founded a golf startup with my husband (because why not make marriage really, ummm, interesting?).
What ties it all together? I’m obsessed with turning big ideas into real things. Not someday. Not “when the stars align.” Right now. With frameworks, heart, and a little fire.
I don’t do surface-level. I ask the questions that get under your skin — the ones that make you remember why you started, who you’re serving, and how you’ll know when it’s working.
